Rising to leadership roles, he served as General Manager and later CEO at Bisque Bakery and Restaurant, further cementing his reputation for scaling operations and building strong brands. As EAM – Operations at Piccadilly Hotels, he oversaw the launch and management of high-profile properties such as Hilton Janakpuri, Hyatt Manesar, and Hyatt Ludhiana, delivering operational excellence across diverse market segments.
A master of turnkey project execution, Sanjay has been instrumental in conceptualizing and launching several standout ventures, including The Umrao – a luxury resort and destination wedding venue in Delhi, and a series of high-concept cafés and bakeries and bars.
